At OMF, we want you to feel completely at home with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your furniture or home accessories, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your OMF account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Items

  Carefully disassemble and pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly tools, and instruction manuals are included.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture pieces, our specialized logistics team will contact you within 48 hours to coordinate a convenient home collection time.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
